Recommendation Report

I realize that lately you've taken an interest in getting fit, so I took the liberty of narrowing it down to the two most prosperous options for you. The purpose of this report is to make your exercise decision a bit easier. The choices that would most benefit you are either a membership to 24 Hour Fitness or a monthly membership to Bikram Yoga. Both of these will:
-relieve stress
-lessen laziness
-improve your overall stress

~Recommendation~


I would recommend that you sign up for the gym. While it takes more of a personal commitment to work out harder and longer, it's cheaper, more convenient and has a wider variety of physical activities. The monthly cost will be about $40.

~Discussion~

Other than the physical amenities, both Samantha and I go to 24 Hour Fitness and Kandice and I attend Bikram Yoga 2-3 times per week. So any exercise you do, won't have to go alone.
At 24 Hour Fitness gym, they have a wide range of equipment as well as a basketball court, tennis court, wet and dry saunas and a swimming pool which will be great for summer!
At Bikram yoga, you will get a more personal workout. With instructors who know you personally and classes small enough to get personal help towards your needs. You will also gain internal and mental health as well as strong toned muscles.
